The FSM-6000LE series is developed for measuring the surface stress of glass by using a PC.
Apply of chemical and thermal tempering glass are increasing in many industries.
The optical waveguide effect in the surface layer of tempered glass is a useful tool for measuring surface stress for quality and process control purpose.
New Software
We prepared two kinds of softwares, Standard or Premium.
These have more convenient function as compared to the older version.
（For a certain fuction, the optional device will be required.)
